Her current research involves developing a robotic delivery system for cardiac interventions with intuitive control strategies and ease of adaptability for current medical devices.

Bio: Léa completed her Bachelor’s degree in Life Science Engineering at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. She is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zurich), in Switzerland. For her Master’s thesis, Léa is working at the Dupont Laboratory, where her research focuses on developing and evaluating a robotic tendon-driven catheter designed for cardiac procedures.
